How does it work?
Noruu comes with our velcro adhesive which is equip with velcro on one side and a reusable adhesive on the other. Once you’ve comfortably put on the controlwear, locate the designated velcro patch on the sides and attach the velcro adhesive to it (leaving the adhesive exposed on the other side). Put on your outfit of choice making sure that the side seams of your dress or skirt aligns with the adhesive on both sides. When you are ready, place your feet together and carefully pull your dress or skirt down over the adhesive. Smooth the fabric over to ensure that the velcro adhesive has made proper contact and you’re all set. For temporary release to either use the bathroom or adjust the controlwear, simply pull the velcro clasp apart. For removal, unclasp the velcro and gently remove the velcro adhesive from your outfit. The velcro adhesive leaves no residue and only needs to be washed as needed.
What's the compression level?
Medium. The goal isn’t to suck you in like an industrial vacuum but instead to offer you a garment that you’ll feel comfortable in all day long!
What if I don't see my size?
Currently, we offer sizes from small to 2x large with intentions of expansion soon. Feel free to contact us about your specific size request so our team can work on accommodating you in the future.
How do I wash my controlwear?
Noruu controlwear is machine washable with tumble dry at low heat. DO NOT wash with the reusable adhesive.
How do I wash the velcro adhesive?
The velcro adhesive can be used over 15 times without the need to be washed. If the velcro adhesive begins to lose its stickiness, it can be restored by first soaking it in room temperature water for 5-10 minutes. Next, circle your finger along the length of the adhesive to ball up any fabric fibers and rinse it off. Repeat this step until all fibers are off. When you’re done set it aside to air dry and the stickiness will be restored.
How often will I need to replace the velcro adhesive?
NEVER! Jk. The velcro adhesive lasts well over 50 washes and with proper maintenance and care one set can last a very long time.
Bathroom?
To use the bathroom first begin by pinching the velcro and the fabric it’s attached to between your fingers and peel it back away from the designated velcro patch on the controlwear. Once the velcro has been unclasped you are free to pull up your dress or skirt. With the medium compression, you can easily pull your controlwear down.
Can I wear my controlwear without the velcro adhesive?
Absolutely! Use it however you see fit.
Where do I store the velcro adhesive?
No worries! Each order of Noruu comes with a storage case for your velcro adhesive.
What happens if I lose the velcro adhesive?
No problem at all! We also sell replacements.
Will the adhesive leave residue on my clothes?

Doloyi offers free shipping on all US orders $80+. Once shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email and orders are expected to be delivered within 3-8 business days. Please note that if an item is marked for preorder it will not ship out within the normal timeframe.

Doloyi ships globally from the USA. International customers are responsible for international shipping costs as well as any duties/taxes associated with import to your country. Anticipated costs will be calculated at checkout. Any orders that are sent back to us by the shipper due to unpaid duty/tax/import fees will not be refunded.
RETURNS
Doloyi offers free and easy returns on all Domestic US orders up to 30 days after delivery. Orders are eligible provided that the garment is returned in an unworn condition with all accessories included. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be processed for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization.
Please note that any item marked as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES
Doloyi offers free and easy exchanges on all Domestic US orders up to 30 days after delivery. Orders are eligible provided that the garment is returned in an unworn condition with all accessories included. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Exchanges will automatically ship to the original address on the order.
Exchanges will not be processed for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization.
Please note that any item marked as Final Sale in the product description cannot be exchanged.

DAMAGED GOODS
If a product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 14 days and include a photo and video of the damage. “Damage” includes, but are not limited to, blemishes on the garment, faulty parts, or missing parts. Damaged goods can be replaced free of charge.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to process any order changes or cancellations after your order has been shipped. If your item has not shipped or you have placed a preorder that needs adjustment please email our team at orders@doloyi.com and we will work to accommodate your request.
ORDER PLACED ON HOLD
Due to the growing frequency of identity theft and credit card fraud, if your order is flagged indicating that there is risk associated with the transaction your order will be placed on hold. It is our obligation to verify your information via email before we are able to process the order. If we receive an order with unconfirmed information our team will reach out to you via the email address on file. The order will not be released until we have received an email response with the requested information.
